We recently had an issue with a pool light and didn’t know what to do. Kurtis from KC Pools responded to my call immediately and came out the next morning.  He gave us some very valuable and free advice on our options for the light. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. While we weren’t able to use KC Pools because of timing issues, we will be sure to call him when we need additional repair on our pool.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom because she’s still catching up on using these apps :)Kurt saves the day! My mom had unsuccessfully used two other pool service companies to come address a couple issues she had with her pool motor as well as the vacuum.  She was given Kurt’s card and decided to give it another go.  Kurt arrived on time, was extremely professional and kind.  He solved the problems on the spot and my moms pools is finally working again! I purchased an entire new pool equipment system from KC Pools and have been very happy with the installation, service and response to any questions. The Hayward OmniLogic system is so easy to control thru an app on my phone, I can turn on the hot tub on my way home and when I get there it’s ready for us to get in and enjoy. My kids love the pool light colors and it’s a hit at night when we turn on the light show. The weekly maintenance they provide to my pool keeps it super clean and makes me very happy to use it all the time. I highly recommend Kurt and his team for any pool equipment or service needs!

Kurt and his team take care of Rancho Colorado’s Pool in Lafayette.  He took over when the pool equipment was in bad need of updating and repair.  He has done an amazing job managing the pool and making sure it is always up and running and in top shape.  I can not recommend Kurt and his team highly enough.

This pool cleaning and care service knows what they are doing!  Not only do they thoroughly clean and manage the chemicals in our pool, they keep a diary of everything they do in the pool so when they show up the following week and take water samples they know exactly how much the water/chemicals have changed and then act accordingly.  KC Pool Services are very friendly, efficient and competitive.  When we had a problem with the timers, KC Pool Services responded immediately and were able to repair our somewhat older system.  If you want a pool service you can depend on, one that knows exactly what your pool needs and one that really cares about taking care of your pool, then KC Pool Services is my recommendation!

KC Pool Service’s came to the rescue (as a referral from Leslie’s) as we were so frustrated with the pool service we had. The pool was cloudy and apparently had algae and the prior pool company had been trying to treat the pool for at least a month to no avail. KC was prompt to respond to our needs, were so patient, took the time to educate us and has been so incredibly responsive and supportive to bringing out pool back to health in less then one week. They are without a doubt geniuses and the one and only pool doctor! We highly recommend KC Pool services for any and all of your pool needs.
